Dear madam,
Am very blessed this day to write you these letter. How are you doing? Hope Yu doing great with the family. I humbly write to you and the entire school administration to inform you that I’ve gotten a job opportunity as a librarian in town, and for that reason I won’t be able to attend the English class for now. The the English class is on week days similar to the my new job, work at the library starts at 8am to 4pm. Which consists of arranging books, writing of reports and also documentation. Because of this reasons I won’t get enough time for the class. I would like to plead with the administration of the school to initiate an online class which I can join during my break time or leisure time or better still weekend class should be included so that I’ll be able to attend since my new job weekend is not included. Thank you.
